Okay well the last two times I entered a chalenge I hit a major stall the next week so here is to keeping my fingers crossed so that will not happen. So this is an agressive goal for me becuas of the recent stalls and it is only 8 pounds away from my overall goal so I guess I am just going to have to get my ass in gear and make it work! Good luck to you all I know you will do great :)

Ah, to heck with this, I'll join in! I've reached my original goal, but I wanna tighten up my inner thighs and butt a bit more. I'm fluctuating between 142 and 143 the last 2 days, so I'm gonna put down 143 to be generous.

Also, put the SNs together, at least from the last page

I have been sleeved for 3 weeks today so I am going to be pretty aggressive with my goal setting. I was just thinking this morning that I needed to set some smaller, specific goals for myself rather than one big one so this is a great way to keep me focused.

I have hit numerous stalls :ballchain: almost every other week here lately, so I am trying to be realistic. I have just joined a gym and trying to up my calories but that is very hard to do. I have a meeting with the nutritionist in a week-the same day as my 3 month surgical followup. My first challenge!

Good luck to you all! :cheer2:

LOL Coops when I read that first part I thought I was having deja vu until you mentioned you copied and pasted that!!! :D I know the stalls are the worst. I always feel like I'm doing something wrong - but then I'll drop and drop big. Our bodies are ever crazy wonders... I wish I had advice, only that just keep doing what you are doing. If you feel like you can push yourself more on your workouts, try that. Maybe also try bumping up your Protein or calories for a few days too. Good luck! We have awhile to work on this, so who knows you will get some good drops in there for sure.

No worries!!

I was sleeved on Jan 17th so I will be a little over 3 months from my surgery so my goal is to lose an average of 20 pounds a month. I am going to start my training next week for a 10K at the end of April and a Half Marathon at the beginning October so I am hoping that running 3 days a week will help to keep my weight loss steady.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
