I'm 21, got this surgery in December...I'm just curious how old everyone else is

26 now, got sleeved at 25. It was nice to celebrate my birthday being at my thinnest since about 2001 or so! I was fortunate to have access to a lot of credit and be in a field where I know I'll have the $ to pay it off; I know this is not an option for most 20-somethings, and most of us probably don't yet have the comorbidities, so qualifying for insurance can be tough.

I am 30, I have done a lot of soul searching this past year and decided that my weight was the one thing that has ALWAYS held me back. Taking the bull by the reigns, I am happy to say that I am finally going to win this battle! Yeah ME~ I wish I could have done this when I was 12.... chuckle chuckle....

40 years old!!! I will spend my 40's much happier than my 30"s

I was sleeved 2 months after turning 29 and hit a normal BMI by my 30th birthday

47 now. Will be 48 by surgery time this spring.

I am 46.

I had my surgery on December 6, 2010 at the age of 34.

I'm 49 and was sleeved last Wed., 01/12/11

I am 32 yrs old, and was sleeve 10/4/2010. I will be 33 in June.

I'm 61 and had my sleeve surgery on 1/06/2011...wish I could have had this available to me 30 years ago...LOL!
