Crock Pot Broccoli Soup?

A few weeks ago, while trolling for recipes, I found a Bariatric-friendly Broccoli Soup recipe that is prepared in a crock pot. I bought all of the ingredients and lost the recipe somewhere between the store and my house. *sadface*

All I remember is that it calls for three pounds of broccoli, some garlic powder and cheddar cheese...and that it cooks in 2.5 hours. Does this sound familiar to anyone? I'd be so grateful for a link.
