I have just confirmed that my surgery is scheduled for tomorrow afternoon at 4:00 pm here in NY. I can't believe it is finally here.

I am a little nervous, but I do feel a sense of peace that I am doing the right thing for myself and my kids. I just can't wait to get through the unpleasant aspects of the surgery and the first few days and to move on with my life.

Let the losing begin!!
