Congrats Nikki,

I've been away and when I did come around the site I was "lurking" and not signed it....I hit an ugly stall. You've been a great motivator and I am so happy for you. I have 2lbs that just won't go away to get me to onederland - but I WILL BE JOINING YOU SOON!!!! I just signed up for a Zumba class and hopefully that will push me over this ridiculous stall! Congrats girl, keep it up - you're amazing!

You look great. I'm getting sleeved in three days and I'm still feeling like I will be the one in the whole sleeve experience that it won't work for. lol

When did you notice your clothes start to bag on you? I've heared that it takes at least 30-40 lbs before others can see a difference. I've resorted to elastic waisted blacks pants for the past five years, I'm curious when others have had to go new clothes shopping.

I can't believe you lost all that weight in 7 months. Holy crap. I'm not that much above where you started and I'm so happy to see there's other 300+ people who have had so much success with the sleeve. Gives me hope.

:lol0:THAT IS RIGHT I FELL THOUGH THE HOLE OF "ONEDERLAND" I'M 197.2 AND I'M NOT OBESE ANYMORE JUST OVERWEIGHT! (no there was no cake or tea waiting for me) 127 pounds down! can you belive it! i have work my ass off guys and i just so full of emotions right now. i was so worry that the sleeve would not help me get to goal because i was so huge. i have 47 more pounds to go. i average about 10-12 pound a month still. i'm 7 months out and 2 weeks not too bad i say. when i look in the mirror i don't even see me anymore just a girl i havent seen in some years. can you belive i was 323 pounds just 7 months ago who would of thought! as far as my sleeve i don't know how much it can hold i never eat more then 3 to 4 ounces at a time and depending on what it is that pushing it if i over eat i still throw up. hardly ever hunger arises. oh i never (or haven't yet) lost my hair it actully in great shape and it grows faster go fig. all in all the battle moves forward too conquer the last 47 pounds!and at this point i have no doubts i'll get to goal!:thumbup:

I am so very proud of you Nikki! I knew you could do it. . . all those tears and frustrations during your 7 months was well worth it. . .you've come a far way sweetie and again I'm so proud of you!

        Hello Joset, why haven't you been given a diet plan? Did you have your surgery in the UK? Every surgeon has a different diet, and no two people are on the same one. Weird I know. Contact your team if you can

        Mine was two weeks clear liquids

        Two weeks on soups, milk shakes and broths all with out lumps

        two weeks on pureed foods { I couldn't stomach this step }

        two weeks on soft foods like Protein yogurt, stewed mince and veg, soft scrambled eggs. Pate on hard crackers

        Then onto any food I fancied. If you struggle on any step or with any foods go back a step for a few days. Eggs, salmon and chicken are hard for beginners.

        Sorry I missed your original post, hope you are still on here.
