9 Months Lab results are in!

Went back to my PCP on Monday......

He was soooo Proud of me! Everything was GREAT... except for my Choleserol.. it's 21 points over normal. He does not want to put me on meds and I don't want to be on them. He suggested more exercise:crying: and for me not to expect a big change in just 3 months, says it would take at least 6 months if I worked at it...... yuck... hate to exercise!!

He didn't seem overly concerned with it, because everything else is normal!

I go see my sureon on the 12th so will be curious as to what he has to say regarding this too.

Way to go Chancie!

Good for you Chancie! You'll do it, you'll lower that cholesterol, it's been high for a long time right, can't expect it to dissappear overnight. . . just like Rome, it wasn't built in a day. It'll happen for you! I totally relate with the exercise part! Sorta like the barfing business, creeps up slowly and is irratating, but never really goes away. . . hehehe
