Thank you all for the wonderful comments. I know I will start losing again. I do exercise at least 3 times a week, usually more. I have been going to the gym for over 2 years and have lost a total of 94 lbs since Jan of '04. (I can remember because that is when I met my husband and decided I needed to shed some pounds because I didn't want to die and have him find some other woman) I began this journey at over 250 lbs so I can keep going as long as it takes. I love to exercise and I do feel as though I am shrinking in sizes even if it isn't on the scale. I love being able to go and actually take a size 12 in the dressing room with me. Love it! Absolutely love it! Of course now, like most people who have dropped this much weight I would love to have some cosmetic surgery done. I am pretty sure that 75% of the weight I lost came from my breast because there is nothing left but skin and nipple. It would be nice to have the rearranged and full for once. The hardest thing for me to lose has been my thighs. They were huge and I have lost about 6 inches in each one but I still feel like they swing when I walk so I wouldn't mind having them reduced and having a Tummy Tuck as well. Due to a c-section with my son over 10 years ago I still have that little roll around my belly. I have gotten rid of most of that but that last one isn't going anywhere. I wear a girdle every day. It goes up to my breast and down to my knees. That allows me to look more shaplier and I like that. No jiggle when I walk.

Anyhow, thanks for all the wonderful comments. Good luck to everyone.

Good God! You are gorgeous! You look so healthy in your most recent pic. And all that in 10 months!?!? WOW! You may be stuck at this weight for awhile, but if you keep exercising and sticking to good food choices, your body will have no choice but to go the way you want it to go. Don't give up, I know that a lot of us here would be happy to be the size you are now, but none of that really matters if you're not happy. Keep up the good work, and I'm sure that you'll get there in no time!

:) Kristin

You look great! It's so funny.... When my weight loss slowed down (oh, ok, stopped for a few months) that's when I got the most compliments -- I think the shapes & inches were rearranging themselves. Maybe you'll be pleasantly surprised during your plateau like I was !!! I think inches make a bigger difference than pounds anyways. You look absolutely gorgeous, congratulations and keep on losing!

WOW, don't you look amazing! I had about an 8 week plateau recently and while they are frustrating, they do eventually end. Keep up the great work!

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
