10 Month Post opp and stuck, (pics)

I am exactly 10 months post op and I think I am stuck. It has been a couple of weeks and nothing. I know, many people go through that but I really haven't experienced it. I have always been continuous. I think this might be the end of the significant weight loss and now just the journey through the toning and shaping up. Oh well, I am happy. I have included some post op and now photos. Enjoy.

Kim ~ I'm preband so can't offer any advice, but wanted to congratulate you on the job well done!!! You two make a beautiful couple. :biggrin1:

Kim - WOW!! What a fantastic transformation. I agree with another poster. You were beautiful before surgery and still are. Congrats on your weight loss!!

Wow, 59 pounds is wonderful. I hope I can achieve the same. Even if you don't lose another pound you are a real beauty and inspiration.

Are you getting anxious? The 26 is almost here and I'm excited for you. Please post as soon as you are able. I'll keep you in my prayers.

Kim - you are BEAUTIFUL! Congratulations on being so close to your goal - and for lowering it! It must feel wonderful - I wish you well in reaching your goal!!! :clap2:

WOWZER!! You look great! Hang in there, and don't let life get you down. That loss will pick up again. Just look at the pics, you can't deny that you look great!!

Good luck BandSister!

YOu look so happy and so beautiful.

You also dont look overweight anymore so you're right, you probably will lose slowly from hereon in. I'm in the same boat now, I'd like to lose another 20kg but I'm really only 14kg above my longest held non overweight adult weight, and its coming off really s-l-o-w-l-y now. Like 1kg (2lb) a month. But I figure over a year or two that's another 12 to 24kg so I'm just concentrating on the NSV's and the joys of not being a fatty boombah any longer.

You're glowing literally, you must be feeling wonderful.

i'm at the same point as you i'm 9 months out and i'm hardly movin on the scale. I know its time to up the exercise as i can not imagine gettin anymore of a fill. I have the hardest time exercising reularly though. I want to loose another 20 by my bandiversary but we'll see if that actually happens,
