I woke up today and decided I would motivate myself to post a body shot 4 months post-op (surgery was May 6th) and almost 100 lbs lighter... intimidating but here it is

I loved seeing your age, that you've made this big change in the course of your life now when it is all ahead of you. Hey Mark, I am so proud of you. I know how difficult it was for you to go forward without the support at home and I also remember how down you were such a short time ago. You look amazing and I bet mom is so very proud of you too. Great job my young friend!

I'm 4 1/2 months out and down 50...that is amazing, 100 pounds? That is just crazy...so excited for you. Good job!
