Hi all… so i'm about a month post op- actually a mont htomorrow… was 256 pre-preop diet.. 249 day of surgery and im still 241… so I dont know if it's me, if i should be down on myself.. i just look at everyone else and feel like my weight loss is SO slow.. I got my first fill earlier this week and it is helping me feel satisfied but theres no food i dont tolerate and I just feel like i must be doing something wrong. I'm just feeling a little discouraged that my weightloss is so slow...
anyone else have this experience that turned around or words of encouragement? Thanks all
