    It depends on the meal, you'll have to look at the serving size. They're high in sodium so I don't eat them all the time, but I do like them for quick easy meals.

I haven't been able to finish a whole LC since I've been in the green zone, so there's a lot of waste there. When I have to grab a meal on the run, I try to find something that I can split in to two meals without the waste.

Also, there are a lot of things in LCs that I have trouble eating, like rice, Pasta, etc.
