I went to my surgeon at the end of April and he informed me that I was going to need to jump through some hoops for insurance purposes. I made all of my appt and today was the first day of my supervised diet. My dr gave me a weekly food sheet so I can write down everything I consume. For my first month she wants me to try to cut down on the amount of iced tea and soda that I consume which I feel is going to be hard but for the end result I am willing to do it.
So today so far I have drank a half of a coke zero. Yuck! I have also drank almost 2100 milliliters of water. I wasn't expecting to have to start this so soon. Are there any diet sodas that anyone can recommend that doesn't taste diet? Also, just wondering what kind of snack food that would be considered healthy?
When I eat I haven't been thinking healthy because I am so busy but now I have to make the time to be healthy. Thank you all for your support.
