Warning about taking advice from others. If you are not sure about what someone is telling you or you think it might not be good advice be sure to ask your doctor. It scares me that someone would choose to live their life with their band as tight as they can stand it. That no life at all.

if someone wanted to lose weight bad enough to have wls, you'd think they'd help the band by eating smart and being smarter then to knowingly be soo tight they cant eat or drink........their decision...

_{Having the band to tight hurts really bad. I've been there (not on purpose tho). I ended up in the emergency room one night because it was to tight, I couldn't even get hot tea down me let alone my own saliva, so someone who gets it that tight is absolutly crazy and asking for trouble.}
