What is wrong country girl

I am 2 days out is it normal to have a bloody discharge from my incisions

I was told to change my bandages after two days. I had disolving stitches. Had a tiny bit of discharge on original dressing but not after.

It is completely normal, just watch for excessive drainage, temperatures, redness, etc.

i had a smidge on my port incision which was the largest. doctor said it was fine and not to worry. i say if you are concerned, do what i did and call and let your dr know and have them ease your mind.

I did too. It wasn't huge but enough to come theology the surgical tape and onto the shirt I was wearing. Mine eased up after a couple if days. Just keep an eye out for infection otherwise I think it's totally normal...or at least my doc told me it was! :-)
