So how many fills did it take everyone to reach there "green zone"? I know everyone is different but just wanted an idea.

I am working on this question as now I have 10 cc's in a 14 cc band and have had five fills , but I am noticing how full and stuck I get on some foods so I don't eat them any more so I am down to 224 lbs from 276 I started this journey Sept 28 , but I really quit doing soda and sugary stuff in July after my first visit to the surgeon , but like I said I had the band placed in Sept. 28th so bout oct is when I really started lol and I am still trying it seems slow but that's o k cause I don't want any back .

One fill 14 months ago. I think it was 3cc. I had so much to lose my dr wanted me to have at least one because he said your stomach will shrink. I am never hungry, have never been sick or stuck (knocking on wood!).

My signature shows my fill schedule. And I am still not in the zone. I am hungry and eat more than a cup. My doc has me wait a month between visits/fills.. Very bummed and have gained back four pounds.

My first fill was 3/20/13 and I had 3 cc's put in. I have lost a steady 1-2 lbs a week since then. Not sure if it is the green zone, but I am really never hungry anymore and I can only eat 1/2 to 1 cup of food.< /p>

I haven't found my green zone yet, but I was banded on 2/6/13 with 3cc and had my first fill on 3/25 for a total of 4cc in a 10cc band. I still find that I am hungry and can eat more than my 3 oz of Protein and 3 oz of veggies.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
