Unfortunately they have the opposite affect on me. I get constipated from protein shakes :-(

When drink the protine shake walmart brand works good for me. I like the strawberry flavor myplax

They gave me diarehha also but only for a few days

I have been using the GNC brand whey protein chocolate caramel flavor mixed with water Nd it seems to be working for me. A lot less diarrhea then my first 9 days.

You might need a lactose free shake. It is very common. Hopefully someone will post suggestions. Hang in there!

I am going to get some isopure zero carb and try it. It dissolves into the water, not chunky or gritty and comes in a good variety of flavors. I need to get my protein intake up. It would be perfect for tight band mornings.

I will tell anybody...go to Krogers

Pick up Jay Robb Whey Protein powder...add Soy Dream milk...make sure your milk is soy dream...I found that adding other milk makes it not so Yummy...with that being said it may be what you are using to mix your Protein Drink with that makes it taste so awful....Jay Robb & Soy Dream...awesome.
