  4. Web MD has the best tracker! It is EZ to use, keeps me accountable AND I never really considered HOW much exercise does play a role in burning up calories until it is right in front of my face on this tracker. I look forward to posting my entries now!!
  5. Good Luck I asked but you answered about liquids after a fill. I just had my first fill yesterday and I am starving on clear liquids. But tomorrow I can have protein shakes and yogurt that will be better...

I was banded 3/22/13 Surgeon told me the gas pains could last up to 3 weeks. How long or does the gas ever completely go away? I am excuse me farting all day long??? I have no pains just gas. My friend had gastric by pass a few years ago and she is always farting, and not a bit shy about it.
  8. great story thanks for sharing
  9. I had surgery 3/22/13 and I still have a lot of gas. I bought some Gas X today --- still have gas. The shoulder pain is awful.
  10. Has anyone experienced headaches after surgery? I had them on pre-op but figured that was withdrawing from food. How long before the gas pains go away? I had surgery 6 days ago, I am eating yogurt, soups, jello, that's about it. I am hungry for sure. Any suggestions will really help me get thru these first few weeks.
