Eating Veggies

I no everyone is different. I did learn from this sight I was able to eat shrimp, w/o a problem, I hadn't even tried..

NOW I have a question.. Has anyone tried CORN? w/or w/o problems? I am on my third surgeon now and my visit isn't until October..

So I am kinda on my own.

Banded 3/22/13 Any input I would appreciate..

I can eat corn. Bread is what gets me. Usually if I forget to go slow. Which I tend to do a lot. That's because of my happiness to eat. It's hard to undo decades unhealthy eating.

I had bread for the first time yesterday, I toasted a slice and was ok. Thank you all for the input
