Help!!!!!

I ate a very small dinner of my fist mushies 4 hours ago and I still feel pretty full. I am not feeling naseous or anything, but how can I get it to finish going through? Obviously I am not ready for mushies yet :confused:

Why force it? Unless you are in some sort of discomfort, be happy that you're full! Your tummy is probably still swollen from surgery but that will ease off soon, then you'll be hungry again. Until then, relax and listen to your body. We shouldn't eat because the clock on the wall says its time. We should eat when our bodies need the nourishment, and your body will tell you when it's time. :confused:

I agree. Most of us would be thrilled to be full on a little tad of mushies for 4+ hours. That will all change once you get past the swelling. Now, if you are in some kind of discomfort, thats a different story.

Being full, I can live with.
