I wanted to post about my amazing experience with Lindstrom Advocacy. After being denied over the summer my surgery coordinator sent me to Lindstrom Advocacy to go further into the appeal process. The denial was upheld through the first 3 stages, which they said was to be expected. During that time, I chose to do self pay in Denver, Colorado, due to a lack of personal confidence in my case. I didn't think there was any reason to continue with the appeals process but Kelley assured me of her confidence in my case going to external review. I am since down 26 pounds in 7 weeks and just found out on Tuesday that My denial was overturned and they are retroactively paying for my surgery! If it wasn't for Lindstrom and their hard work, I would have unrightfully paid for a surgery that was deemed medically necessary. The best part of all, their services are completely, 100% free!
