How much in a 4 cc band does everyone have to have consistent weight loss??

That depends on the body. I am at 2.4cc and losing 2-3 lbs. per week.

I have 2.2cc and losing 2-3 pounds a week. Everyone is different though.

Flower, there is no one answer to this question. That's the whole POINT of the band's adjustability--it's unique to each individual. There is no one "right" amount of fill, and there are only three levels that matter: too little, too much, or just right FOR YOU. There are no conclusions to be drawn from the amounts of Fluid other people have in their bands. It's like wanting to know what their shoe size is, and about as relevant.

This is how I explained it to my husband:

My band holds 4cc, I may never need that much, most people never need that much, some need more... It's like having a closet full of shoes in every size. You most likely will never need those 14's. But isn't it nice knowing they are there?
