Researching about Lap Band

Hey I'm Casandra, I have been thinking about doing weight loss surgery for a few years and have been doing more research lately about what is involved in the surgery and aftercard. I am attending a seminar at a local hospital this week to get more information and get the ball rolling with getting approved for the surgery.

You're doing it right. Do your own research and feel comfortable. You can go to Youtube and see the surgery if you want. You can ask here on this great forum. Lot's of us have traveled to the :"other side" already.

Best wishes
