I do, I'm at 10.7 and just got there. Took me a year of consistent fills to get there!

I do and as of tonight I am at 7.5cc. I have been in the green zone but as I have lost more weight, I needed more fill. Hopefully back there again, but still working hard to keep on losing.

I do too and am at 7.8 and in the greenzone, I was a 7.5 a few weeks back but because I lost around my stomach I had to get a small fill to put me back where I needed to be.

I also have a 14cc band and currently have 5 1/2 and not yet at green zone <_< .I have a Dr. appt. today for a fill and hope this will get me to the green! My doctor said when having a 14cc band in most patients to get to the green zone it takes about 7 1/2 to 10cc to get there !

I have an AP Large Lap Band that will hold 14 cc's; I had surgery in April 2012; a fill in May, July, August and October; I have a total of 7 1/2 cc's and just hit the "green zone" with the last fill in October. So, it took me SIX (6) months to get there. . . slow and steady.

I have a 14cc band I was banded 6/26 and I'm at 9.6 cc with a fill scheduled for 12/14 I'm not sure if I will go much tighter I'm losing steadily and not having any "stuck" issues although it will be 6 weeks since my last fill I usually do one every 4 weeks but they were booked up so I'm hoping I won't start eating everything is sight I'm down 70lbs since 6/15 when I started the pre-op

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
