Does anyone else get shoulder pain? I'm not sure if its my new fill or if it even has anything to do with my lap band.

Thanks guys for all the feed back.I have a 14cc band and I'm at 8cc.somedays I feel im at my green zone,other days I can eat more than I should.I just got a fill 7days ago and I don't feel any different but my doctor told me to wait 2 weeks to a month to see if the fill will kick in.

So ive heard it takes about 2 weeks for a fill to kick in and Ive also heard it takes a month or so to heal from getting a fill.is this true???

I have a 14cc band filled at 7cc and I THINK I'm in my greenzone.How long did it take everyone to get to their greenzone and when you did how many cc were you?

14cc band with 6.5cc

so its been 4 months since my surgery and ive been scared to do crunches or any ab workouts.so I finally started to do an ab workout and after I was finished my stomach felt kinda weird....not a sore workout feeling it was something else weird.it didnt hurt just really weird.Has anyone else have this happend to them?

Ive been banded since July 31 of this year I'm at 6.5cc in my band.

I have a 14cc band.I was wondering who else does and how many cc's it took to get to the green zone for everybody?
