Prenatal Vitamins?

So I know I have to take vitamins but all the vitamins ive been trying have been making me feel so sick.so finally my friend (who doesn't have the lap band) told me I should try prenatal vitamins.just to be clear I'm NOT pregnant but these are the only I don't feel sick by.Does anyone else take prenatal vitamins? or does anyone think its okay for me to be taking them?

I take prenatal vitamins and have for a few years. I have no kids but love the way my hair and nails grow. My nutritionist and dr said it was fine to continue them after surgery.
