Hey got my new scale today. It's pretty cool, course I have to callibrate it with my doctors office but I don't go there till the week of Thanksgiving. At lease I will see if the numbers go up or down. I am such a scale-a-holic!

I did leaf aerobics today. Raking to tone arms, bending to fill barrels for ab crunches. Aaah New England after a fall storm. Snow is coming this week.On to shoveling aerobics!!! Joy.
