You won't believe how good those little "cookies" can be. Oh, and be sure to spray your cookie sheet so they won't stick. Pure protein, no fats! Love it, love it, love it!

Turkey Jerky or beef jerky is my go-to snack, especially after working out. I find it hard to not drink while eating it tho - I love peppered jerky.

do you add any water to it?

I don't know the grams and/or calories, but if you add everything up, I got about 20 cookies so would divide by 20. I doubt there are many carbs at all, and calories shouldn't be too high since I used fat-free everything.

yummy the Pure Protein ones are my fav.....

Someone asked if I added water to the "cookies" recipe. No, I did not. I posted the recipe above and it does not call for water.

I just made these this morning, they are awesome. The best part I could give them to my son also and he will be able to have them. They took out half of his intestines when he was 2 months old and I really have to watch his sugar intake. Now he can have a treat and I dont have to tell him that they are actually healthy :)

Thank you for sharing :)
