Well, tomorrow is my day! I have to be at the hospital at 6 am. They said I am the first surgery, which I guess is good. I am nervous but I know I'll be fine. Can't wait to be on the other side of this! Good luck to everyone who's having surgery this month!

My surgery is in the morning I'm on my second day of Pre op and I'm really hating this diet... It just has to get better!

I am starting week 3 of the diet. Honestly, it hasn't been easy. I have cravings for things that I didn't used to eat much of, like peanut butter and I am dying for a piece of toast. When the cravings hit, I try to wash them away with Crystal Light lemonade. Try to stay strong.

God bless you, good luck and keep us posted, ok?

I'm just started week 2 of the diet. It's hard. I do have cravings I just know that this is going to make surgery safer.

Down 13 pounds on pre-op! Less than 2 weeks to go!

The protein shakes from the doc are pretty good, but a bit on the thick side.

I had to attend a pre-op class yesterday and they talked all about preventing blood clots.

Did anyone else got this?

PB seems to be a common craving. Which is your date? Mine is the 17th.
