Shhhhh you'll be fine. One potato wedge shouldn't be a problem.

It's just frustrating. I've come this far with no problems had people eat my favorite food right in front of me and then boom!

During my prepp diet I cheated once and ate three cookie then I cheated again and ate a bite of my daughters KFC chicken!! Trust no one is perfect I still lost 17 pounds. Now be sure to NOT cheat getting closer to the day of because certain foods swell ur stomach and if ur doc is anything like mine he won't do the surgery if ur stomach is enlarged, and from what I've heard they CAN tell!

I will definitely keep you posted!! And I'll be praying for you as we'll. thank you!! I'm already nervous/excited too. I know it's the right choice but I always have the what ifs in my head about that small percent of people who aren't lucky :/

Don't beat yourself up, nobody is perfect. You made a mistake, its over so keep going on your pre op diet. You will be fine as long as you stick to the diet from now on. You can do this! Good luck on your surgery and a speedy recovery. Keep us posted.

yep, they are gonna cancel the surgery and then kick you out of your house and then cut all your hair off.... :)

oh my heavens.......ok you ate it. most likely (pooped it out)....dont do it again

get back on course and stay on the liquid diet.....(you will come across those who have cheated and say its not a big deal, but it is...you remember why you are doing this) to make yourself well....you can do this. this is the hard part. hang in there.

(ps...did you dip it in ketchup or mustard?? i love it in mustard)

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
