It's not easy now, but it does get easier. I have measured my portions and counted calories since the day I got home from hospital. Because of this, I have always lost consistently since then too.

Hello everyone,
I was banded on 6/04/12. I have not had my first fill yet. That is two weeks from now. In fact, I don't feel like I've had surgery at all! It's pretty crazy, I can eat whatever. I've gained 2 of the pounds back I lost on preop!
I know I've got to be patient and continue to work hard. But does anyone have any words of advice or support you can give? I'm not the most patient person, but I'm working on it.
