It Moved

So for the past 2 1/2 wks my scale had been stuck at 294lbs I got on the scale this morning and it moved down to 290lbs :)

      Aint it great? My weight loss seems to follow the same trend. I can go down to a weight like 191 and then vascillate between 191-194 for 2 weeks and then bamm, the scale says 188. Awesome! Thanks

    Thanks for posting this. Hopefully the folks who become so frustrated over short term plateaus will read your post and know that if they follow the rules, good things can happen.
