16 Hours Post-Op Nit To Bad

So I got.out of surgery around 4pm yesterday. First 5-6 hours I was miserable. I had to stay overnight so I have been on IV fluids to keep me hydrated. So I peed every ten mins and getting in and out of bed was a pain. Finally they brought me a chair to sit in..that's where I slept....in between bathroom trips..which did slow down lol. Its 715 a.m and I still can't have Water I have to wait for xray to check everything is where it should b..then if I can keep liquids down I go home this afternoon ...which is a surprise because she told me two nights originally.

Pain....gas pain was a 8 at worst...pain meds have kept other pain almost non existent...this morning only a touch of gas pain..so feeling pretty good.

Will post again from home this evening.
