Down to 206, that's a total of exactly -100 since starting my preop diet. While I'm happy and proud, I've still got a long way to go! These challenges really help keep me focused, so thanks for keeping them going! If I can do this, you all can too!

April 15th and I'm at 171.2. It has been an up and down month. Going in for a fill tomorrow and hope that helps. My food choices have been better (most days) but Portion Control is still a huge issue.

Larry,

I know the challenge is half way through the month, but I would love to get in on it now. I need to get on track. I have been traveling a lot lately and been absolutely awful with my eating. Just got back from visiting New York and wow I was a bad girl!! I did run a 10K yesterday though, so I was pretty proud of that.

Unfortunately I am starting out at 173 for the challenge. Only 2 weeks left, so I will make my goal 167. My personal goal for the month is simply to get back to nutritious eating and get back into the groove on my exercize routines as well.

What day is weigh in day??

I will add you, probably won't get it updated until next weekend. Today (Sunday) is weigh in.

This morning I weighed in at 278.5 down 1 pound from last week. Played 18 holes of disc golf today but then probably negated that by stopping at the taquería down the street for Releno's and a beer.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
