FRIED crawfish?

my mouth is watering - literally.

Its been YEARS since Ive had crawfish fried.

Ever made a (cant spell this french stuff) e' to fe' with em? yumyum (its a Tomato gravy base served over rice)

Do you buy the frozen crawfish in the grocery?

I can send you some mouth tingling authentic cajun receipes for crawfish things.

Oh, and Leatha and Kathy ~ you two are down right nasty. You know Betty does'nt suck the heads!

FYI(only for you mom): The term "Sucking the Heads" is only able to be done when the crawfish are boiled. You break the tail away from the body and the flavors from the boil are inside the head part... along with the guts and everything else. Sounds gross, but its really good. (honestly, it is)

Its really REALLY good if you have a 6-pack of specific beverages already downed before you start eating. :biggrin1:

Yea. There is actually a concert this weekend at Galveston that I would LOVE to attend, by Blue October.. but, alas, I do nothing alone...

Nope, I don't suck the heads! They say it is really good, but I just can't bring myself to even try it!

Paula - Yes, Yes, Yes, I would love some recipes! Yeah I bought them frozen! I like them better in a big boil with the corn and all, but heck I just love them any way you fix them. It's getting close to them being in season, and I can't wait!
