Omg!! Thanks so much but honestly i hadn't heard anyone mention that's! But u bet I will be asking on my next visit it may because it to early for them to be sharing that Info with me or maybe because i haven't had my Sergey yet... No problem.... hope i didn't come across as mean.... just wanted you to be aware. Lapband is a HUGE commitment. Lots of do s and don'ts. Lot of variations, what one LB patients goes thru will not be you scenario. Every one is different. Before i had my unfill, i was not able to eat most carbs... excpet baked potatos and some pastas. Other people have no trouble eat anything at all. For me no matter how much i chewed, it would not go thru my band.

You will have to learn how to re-eat..... meaning, eating slow... very slow, chewing and chewing and chewing..... taking one bite putting the fork down and chewing. No drinking with your meals anymore. You will have to learn to drink 30 min. before of 30 min after.
