So all patients with the Surgeon's Group attend a 2 hour pre-op info. seminar.
It was pretty general, considering there were folks there getting all the WLS.
I really love the idea of being home that night, and not doing 2-3 days at the hospital. I choose the band.
Learned about the Sleeve, a little to scary, I get being stapled, but cut off a chuck off me. Not for me.
More of the folks getting the Sleeve or GB than the band yesterday. I had to laugh, someone said, I'm getting the Sleeve so I never have to worry about it again.
Well, I'm here to tell you; nothing in life is certain. I know many (16) people that have had the GB and have gained it all back.
Life is tough, we just have to be tougher.
