I was banded this past Monday and am now on stage 3 diet (liquid diet). Can you guys give me some examples of what and how often you were drinking. Thanks!

Awesone. I went to Walmart bought tons of the Organic Cream Of Tomato in the box. I tried the Cream Of Mushroon too. I bought V8 light juice, Sugar Free Poscicles. Basically anything liquid. Dont worry about calories, you will drop just doing this deit if you stick with it. I did cheat once becuase I never got my "last meal". Let me know if you have any other questions!

Sugar free popsicles were my best friend! Also, puree'd soups. I made protein shakes and added puree'd fruit to them and puree'd yogurt to get more bang for my buck. I'd make a blender full and then drink it in stages throughout the day.
