Can you have a stuck episode without a fill?

I am 3 1/2 weeks banded. I was advanced to solids last wednesday. I've been doing well, eating small amounts and all that. Well today my husband and I had a 2 hour drive to a memorial service. So I got a veggie flatbread sandwich from dunkin donuts. I ate it slowly and it seemed to settle ok. But about an hour later, the pain in my shoulder came back. It's been gone for almost two weeks. And I felt like my band was tight. Was this a stuck or sort of stuck episode? When we got to the memorial, I walked around for a bit, ate minimally and finally felt better, but it took hours. I was thinking that maybe it was because I sat in the car after eating and couldn't move around. Any thiughts? Advice? It kind of bummed me out coz I thought I was doing really well. My first fill is the 11 th. Thanks !

The other thing I have found is that I digest much better if I get up after eating and walk around a few minutes, even just loading the dishwasher for a few minutes. No more long restaurant meals in my future. Ofcourse, thats partly what got me to needing WLS.! This is a huge life style change. I am so happy that I have this band to help me.
