Dont fret.....I can take about 1/2 a bottle of Water at a time and I am 10 months out. However make sure you do limit WHAT TYPE of drink. Many wasted calories are spent on soda and smoothies.... I now only drink water, tea, 1c per day of skim milk, crystal light and the occasional glass of wine.

I'm with you FayFaye, I can't chug anything! I sip all my drinks. I don't know if it is habit, after 20 months, or if it my band. But, I just tried to drink, and I took sips. I have tried larger sips. but still can't chug! Karen

I REALLY hope I can still drink Water the way I do now. I get really thirsty, especially in the summer living in Vegas when it's 115 degrees outside and i'd rather die than take one step out of air conditioning. Hoping to feel better (and cooler) when I am lighter, less insulation, right?

I'm amazed at how much I love drinking Water now, although I have to take it a bit slowly so it doesn't hurt. What I don't miss is all the fizzy pop that I used to drink. It doesn't bother me to have it in the house or to see others drinking it. I just don't miss it. And I am easily doing 8 to 10 glasses of water a day.

I'm one of those people too. Always cold. We had a 106 degree day this summer and I don't think I even broke a sweat!

In keeping with the rest of you...I TOO am "One of those people" and keep a light cardigan in my van because of restaurants and stores. I even had to turn my a/c up because I am freezing all the time. MY FEET, my TOES ARE ALWAYS COLD! Like right now, coffee is NOT keeping me warm.

I think I am hypothermic! :)

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
