Food - TOFU?

Forgive my ignorance..I am TOTALLY new to this site. Haven't even had the lap band procedure performed yet. My question is: Will TOFU be allowed after being banded?

    I am able to eat tofu, a friend of mine is not. Granted, I havent had a fill yet, but as with all foods, each person's band "reacts" differently, so it is very much trial and error as you learn what your band "likes".
