I'm freaking out. I missed my period during my Pre-Op diet and I missed it now Post-Op. It's actually been about two months and I only spotted once or twice and then nothing. I'm not on birth control and I'm a virgin. Is this normal or do I have a reason to be really worried?

If you are a virgin and haven't done anything else that would involve sperm coming close to your vagina then yes you are fine. However remember that heavy petting and ejaculation close to the vagina can also cause pregnancy.

My period was all whacked out after surgery too. My gynecologist said it was from the powerful antibiotics I got during surgery and the stress of the surgery itself.

Yeah that's what I think it was for me too. And it's all okay now because I finally started my period yesterday; it came back with a vengeance! I had the worst cramps ever, but now I feel better
