What to take with me to the Lap-Band seminar?

Recommended Posts

Hi! My name is Tabitha...I'm 17 years old, 5'5" and 275lbs and my BMI is 45 and I'm am hoping to be banded. I've been overweight all my life and I want to get it taken care of now because being a teen and being big like me is really not easy...Mentally and physically..All of my friends are thin and active but me? I can't even walk up a flight of stairs without ending up out of breath. I'm tired of the back and knee pain...I've tried diets and I've been going to the gym for months but it's like my body refuses to loose weight. I'll loose a few pounds and turn around and gain back 2x what I lost and I don't want it to be this way anymore....I'm registered for a seminar on May 2nd and I was just wondering what all I should take to the seminar with me. I don't have an ID so if they want that is there anything else I can take to replace it?

Thanks for reading,(:

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
