I am really looking to have this weight loss surgery but I need to find a doctor in Illinois that accepts the medical card. Please Help!!!

I understand your frustration. I recently found Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago. They have a very comprehensive program and have a great process. They do accept medicaid/IDPA and can be reached at 773-257-2020. Please feel free to message me with any questions!
