:help: :help: :help: Why are there never anyone chatting in the open forum we all need someone to vent to and I just wish that we could all get together and go in and just have a good coffee clutch and those who need to cry, can and the ones that need to scream,can And the ones that need a hug can get a group:girl_hug: hugIjust wish we would use the the open forum alot more.but now ifeel like I"m going to:faint: If we just don't do this right

Can I GET SOME HELP......

Well, I don't know why. I guess we're just not here at the same time...? There is always someone around to help out...I've always felt greatly supported here. Cindy

Love to talk. Have hit a wall no loss for a while. Went for a fill 4 months ago was told I was fine......no fill. Some days food is a problem......next any thing goes. Anyone else in the same boat ?

yes i have the same issues. some days i can eat and others i cant, i had a fill in december and have not lost any weight is about 2 months now. Now inches I have lost alot. Pasta is bad...stuck stuck.... and meat is hard too like chicken, fish etc. i am hungry alot :hungry: and need to eat but want to lose more weight. i joined curves in november and have lost 18 inches :clap2: in 2 months but no weight.:help: email me at sjlewis@mchsi.com

      Three months and four days ago... I was in Costa Rica having a life changing surgery! Yesterday we had a followup visit with Dr. Esmeral via video chat and this morning my middle number changed.  I'm down 47lbs and two pants sizes. I can wear a Large tshirt for the first time in like... 14 years! Woot!! Everything is going great. I have zero regrets. I went down to the riverwalk with a friend and walked 2 miles on Monday without even getting fatigued. And no more snoring or chugging pickle juice for crazy leg cramps! I need to go to the gym more... I'm making new shirts next week so that will motivate me. LOL But I'm also just not as TIRED all the time! I have a LONG way to go...but seeing the progress on the scales and in the mirror is a huge motivator!! Thank you all for cheering me on and supporting me!!

      Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

        As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

        Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

        Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.
