Hi there! I was banded 7 weeks ago this Wednesday and havent really lost anything after the first 4 weeks. I am so used to being on a "diet" that I kind of feel lost because there is no specific diet given to me to follow. Just the normal, 1 cup of food at each meal & protien first. So, now I am contemplating whether or not to join Weight Watchers or Lindora.........Ugh! I feel confused...what are most of you guys doing?

I started off doing low carb, about 30-40 a day. My Protein levels have always been high (80g+ usually around 130g per day). It's really up to what works for you. Some people do low carb high protein, some low carb and high fat, some don't do any sort of 'dieting.' Play around and find what works best for you. The important part is that you meet your caloric needs each day.
