Motivation/Exercise

way to go! I hired a personal trainer at Bally's - tomorrow is the first day, so we'll see. I've been slacking.............need to get all those clothes off the treadmill in my room!

Oh my goodness, yesterday I did Piloga (a cross between Pilates and Yoga) at my gym and today I am SO SORE! I love it! I'm going again next week. Does this count for weight training?

Woohoo! Pole dancing sounds like a rippin good time. We have stripper aerobics - my cousin took the class. She only did the beginning class but apparently in the next level up you wear high heels to class!

I believe Carrie said it you guys ....4 months until June and coats will be off and what will you be showing. You better pick something quick and keep doing it.....

Ok, I'm feeling that inspiration. Let me go and get me some Water. In fact I am going to use small cups today which will force me to keep walking to the water cooler.

Same thing over here...

So easy to fall behind. After I weighted in on Tuesday I have not been walking. I have missed three days so tomorrow I am going to get back on track.

:high5: I know I do...one minute I say I'm going to eat right and exercise and next minute I'm shoving a burger down my throat or a twix. :) Maybe I'm scizofrantic ( I don't know how to spell it, maybe the other people in me do)

      Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

        As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

        Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

        Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

      Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
