For 3 months after surgery fills are free. As many as I need. After that I have to go monthly for the first year.... Office visit is $25. If I need a fill its $50.

I paid 160 ish for my fills. The doc. waived his surgeon fee for the first year. When I went in for an unfill after it had been a year, is was like 250. I am self-pay.

My self-pay fills were free for the first 6 in the first year.

Now if I need one, it is only $60.00.

Have not needed one for just over a year now, so that price may have gone up.

I had free for 6 months. This past visit (no fill) was $50. I have insurance (doesn't cover lapband) so if I need a fill I pay difference of $200. Insurance pays about $120, so I'll be paying $80 if I need a fill. Ouchie!

$450.00 for first fill with fluor, then $250.00 there after. Still cheaper than taking off work and flying back to Mexico for a free fill.

"Free" fills for the first year (I got one a month, and tomorrow will be my last "free" one). It is $100 for a fill if I need one. I hope that I won't for awhile because I need to lose only 15-20 more pounds.
