Hello all!!

It's been a while since I have posted an update (that is if anyone is interested he he).

I got my unfill last Friday of .5 cc's and felt immediate relief!!! But the only problem is "I CAN EAT NOW!!!"

I have supposedly gained 4lbs but I also started my TOM so It may not be real weight gain just TOM gain (lets hope it's TOM gain )

I didnt go to Disneyland cuz of the rain so I was spared any fast fatty food over the weekend :D but didnt get to walk either cuz of the rain <_<...on a brighter note we have 3 days till Christmas!!

I'm so excited because I am getting a Gazelle Edge Trainer!!!

Wish I could post a picture for those who don't know what it is but I don't know how :(

I can't wait for it to come then I can start working my way to a smaller me!

Happy Holidays to all my LBT family :iloveuall:

I am so glad you gave up an update and posted. I have been wondering how the unfil was going for you. Glad you are able to eat again. I wouldnt worry too much about the weight, TOM has alot to do with it.

So glad to hear you are better! And, for sure it's TOM gain ... for sure.

Now, am I crazy? I've been continuing my walks in the rain. The track is closed when it rains so I google the distance to a spot near my home that will equal a mile or so round trip, and head out the front door. I put on rain gear and voila! This morning was great. Monday morning ... not so much. Monday I walked in the opposite direction and when I was almost home, I stopped at the store and bought new shoes. In my defense, they were on sale. Then I stopped at the grocery store for a few items. It was POURING when I came out of the grocery store! Oh well, I made it home without melting. LOL I just didn't want to get off track with my exercise, and I'm not good about exercising at home. I hope to buy a treadmill in January or February.

Again, so glad you are feeling better!

Happy Holidays!

~Fran

Z, I am glad you are doing better since your unfill. Maybe in a month or so you can go back and get 0.2 fill and be OK. After all the suffering you went through, enjoy the holidays and try for moderation. I have followed your journey and have faith that you will do well.

Mimi

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞

I may have to have gall bladder surgery during my weight loss surgery. Not thrilled about it either but do not want 2 recovery times. Just want it over with.

Thanks for your post. I may need to rethink my decision... :(
