Had another fill at the Banding Centers of America in Florham Park, NJ. Since my insurane is lame ($5000 deductible) I paid out of pocket. $200 for the facility fee and $350 for my surgeon's fee. All in all not too bad. Darwin was great at explaining the insurance issues and Tim was a great tech. Thank you both for helping me on my journey.
