Severe Gas Pain - Possible Solution

For those of you out there with severe gas pain I may have some help. I am LACTOSE INTOLERANT and have discovered that my severe gas pain is caused by the heavy Creamer in my Meal Replacements. I have added my lactose enzymes to all meal replacements and am gas pain free now. You may want to try this. You can buy Lactaid or any generic lactose enzyme over the counter. No one had mentioned this in any of the threads I have read so I wanted to offer my experience if it can help anyone. I know how dibilitating this pain can be. :cool:

If we are taling about post op gas pain then I have one that seemed to work for me.

My friend and her sister, who are both highly experienced nurses, told me that if you keep the oxygen mask on for as long as possible post op, the high levels of oxygen you are taking in helps to absorb the excess CO2 and prevent shoulder tip pain.
